This is to pay for a black belt grading (Shodan) in Seal Martial Arts Kobudō. You must be a student that has been training at Seal Martial Arts for a minimum of 3 years. They must have an in depth knowledge of the entire Seal Martial Arts Kobudō syllabus and will be expected to demonstrate techniques selected at random during the grading as well as the Soto Tonso No Kata and basic FMA (Filipino Martial Arts).
It’s a challenging grading hence the increase in price from normal gradings but you receive your black belt and a certificate stating your current rank within Seal Martial Arts Kobudō.
